What is the difference between your 300mg pods and Broad Spectrum Pods? 

There are several differences between our two vape pod products. The 3oomg fruit flavored pods are made with a mixture of CBD Isolate, Propylene Glycol, and Vegetable Glycerin are a great alternative to regular nicotine vape pods. They are also discreet and don’t have any noticeable smell in contrast to our new Broad Spectrum Pods.

The Broad Spectrum pods are made with 2 ingredients; Broad Spectrum Hemp Distillate and Cannabis Derived Terpenes. This oil creates by far the most therapeutic product on the market due to its high levels of CBN, CBG, and CBC in addition to CBD.

The Cannabis Derived terpenes stand above other botanical (lower quality) terpene products and enhance the calming or uplifting effects depending on the strain.

Which product is best for me? 

Although we are not legally allowed to give medical advice, but you can learn more about CBD and other therapeutic cannabinoids on our Learn More Page. This will give you a better idea of how each product may affect you and which route of administration may be most effective.

Do you have Lab Tests? 

Yes, we have lab tests included in the pictures for each product listing as well as on our Lab Tests page.

What stores can I find your products in?

We have had a handful of retail stores carry stock of our products, but most of our orders are placed through this website. Running a “direct-to-consumer” business model allows us to keep our prices affordable and competitive.

When will my order ship?

We use USPS First Class (2-3) Postage for all orders and process in-stock products within 24 hours a majority of the time.

In some cases backordered products shipping time will be displayed on the product listing page. Please create two separate orders if you would like to receive in stock products before your backorder is filled.

Where is your hemp/extract from? 

Our most recent batches of products are made from Broad Spectrum Hemp Oil extracted from hemp grown under the Industrial Hemp Pilot Program in Oregon. Our CBD Isolate based products (300mg Vape Pods, Gummies, 1000mg Isolate) are made from Hemp grown under the Industrial Pilot Program in Colorado.

Will I pass a drug test while using your products?

We cannot make any claims on whether or not any of our products will show up on a drug test. Our Isolate and 300mg Vape Pods have no detectable THC. Our Tinctures are made with a Full Spectrum CBD Oil and contain less than 0.3% THC. We are not legally able to make any recommendations or guarantees regarding drug tests on THC free or Full/Broad Spectrum products. If that is a concern, we would recommend not consuming any CBD products and/or doing some further research at ProjectCBD.org, before making the decision to consume any CBD.

I received my package and one or more of my products aren’t working correctly. Can you help? 

We are always willing to make things right in case you do receive a defective product! Please follow the troubleshooting tips below before sending an email to support@hempods.com

  • Pod wont fit in my battery/is too long

When you first receive the pod, make sure to push with a little force the first time until the pod clicks all the way in. Then it will start to become easier to take out and put back in.

  • Nothing happens when I insert my pod

Take the pod out of the battery and inhale in increments of 3-5 seconds to free up any clogs in the air holes. Also make sure the bottom contacts are clean and your battery is fully charged, as this sometimes causes issues with vapor production.

  • My pod is leaking

Yuck, thats the worst! Please email support@hempods.com and we will make sure you get a replacement.

My package was marked as delivered but it was not in my mailbox. 

Please allow USPS an additional 7 days to deliver your package before filing a request with your local post office. Once the package leaves our office we don’t have any ability to locate it other than with the tracking number.
